Our standard return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you notify us within this period you will still have 28 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to return your item:
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. This can either be a sales receipt or bank statement.

Once we have received the returned item we will contact you to notify you about the status of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
We endeavour to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving returned items. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow 72 hours and then check with your bank or credit card company as there can be varying times before refunds are posted on your statement.

We only refund regular priced items unless your item arrives with a fault. If so, our standard return policy applies.
As we are an online based company, we understand that sometimes issues with sizing can arise. We are more than happy to accept exchanges on all garments.
